(Skype Video Transcript. Carlo Adrian, Freelance Writer. Danny Russo, Private Detective.)

Consumer Update : 2 days after we this website went live –  Seregon Industries, owner of GTG Hard, was mysteriously dissolved in Florida.

But GTG Hard’s website was still online. GTG Hard was still charging customers credit cards under a company name that no longer existed.

When we last checked, there were No Terms and Conditions of Purchase anywhere on the GTG Hard website. This is very odd for an e-commerce website online.

Carlo Adrian : Danny Russo is on this update Skype video. And we are talking about 2 days after we this website went live -Seregon Industries owner of GTG Hard.

Company was mysteriously dissolved in Florida.

Danny your source in Florida. Your source told you this happened in the office of the Florida Secretary of State.

Someone deactivated the GTG Hard company. The company that owns GTG Hard.

GTG Hard still selling to consumers online as we speak.

Danny Russo : Correct. Seregon Industries LLC no longer exists.

GTG Hard is still live and telling consumers their credit card will be charged by Seregon.

If you buy GTG Hard online, your credit card will be charged by a company that no longer technically legally exists.

I mean these are the facts for consumers right now.

Carlo  : This is incredible. Danny you’re saying there is no legal recourse for the consumer gentlemen right now.

No legal protection for consumers. Because the GTG Hard buyers are being charged by a company that no longer actually exists.

GTG Hard ownership company was dissolved 2 days after this consumer protection site went live –

Danny Russo : – look, I think we want to assume, benefit of doubt, that Ajamu Alacan will remedy this confusion. For consumers buying online.

If this is Ajamu – and my source doesn’t know why GTG Hard was shut down so quick. So we don’t know why AJ Alacan shut down GTG Hard.

Or if this was Ajamu who shut down the legal ownership entity.

We have to assume Ajamu Alacan because Ajamu Alacan was the authorized on the legal document –

– I should say the company charging credit cards online for consumers buying GTG Hard.

Or was this GTG Hard has changed ownership, and Ajamu has sold –

Carlo  :  – Danny this must be very confusing for consumers reading this considering to buy GTG Hard –

Danny : – look this company owning GTG Hard was shut down within 48 hours.

The reason why we don’t know. My source in Florida doesn’t know why right now. He is texting me tomorrow with an update.

GTG Hard is still live and selling – we mean the legal ownership entity was shut down.

I’m sure Ajamu will update the consumers on the GTG Hard website. I mean, I think we have to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Carlo  : Danny I can’t help but to compare Hard On Helper to the GTG Hard.

And compare the Hard On Helper to the Grockme, and to the Longevity – the constant changing of companies –

Danny  : – yes. GTG Hard’s ownership, Seregon Industries LLC, was shut down and re-opened 11 times in 10 years.

With the Hard On Helper we’ve already seen 2 different ownership companies within 3 weeks –

Carlo  : How does a consumer buying online get out his credit card with this confusion?

Who are you giving your money to? Why is this happening?

The health issues are one thing.

But we are now talking about consumers giving their money to the Hardon Helper. To the Grockme. To the GTG Get Hard. To the Longevity,  the business confusion –

Danny : – look, we want to give the benefit of the doubt.

At the same time, this is not normal business activity. I don’t think anyone can say that with a straight face.

What we are reporting for consumers with Hardon Helper, GTG Hard…

The companies charging their credit cards, the legal ownership, rapid changes.
